REBEKAH BELLUM

Rebekah works hard to foster open communication and collaboration on project teams. She has managed projects, ranging from small tenant improvements to ground-up buildings, and has worked extensively on educational, civic and commercial projects. Her attention to detail, problem solving skills and creativity make her a valuable part of a project team.

As an Architectural Historian, she has completed Historic Preservation projects and consultations for public agencies and for private owners throughout New Mexico. She has established a good working rapport with Historic Preservation agencies within the State of New Mexico, including the NM Historic Preservation Division, the Santa Fe Historic Preservation Division and the City of Albuquerque Landmarks Commission.

Rebekah serves on the AIA Albuquerque Executive Committee as the 2022 President Elect. She is also currently a member of the AIA Albuquerque JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion) Committee, and has served as Treasurer in past years.
