Jennifer brings a storyteller’s curiosity and rigor to every narrative she shapes. As Stantec’s Storytelling Lead, she partners with designers, planners, and technical experts across a global practice to develop audience-driven narratives that frame work within its social and environmental realities.

With over 25 years of experience in leadership communication and story development, Jennifer translates complex ideas into clear, purposeful language for pursuits, public engagement, long-form publications, and strategic initiatives. She works closely with subject matter experts to make complex technical environments accessible and relevant to diverse audiences.

Before working in-house within the AEC industry, Jennifer was Senior Vice President at a consulting firm focused on communication and leadership training for design and construction professionals. Earlier in her career, she led nationally recognized playwright development and education programs at major regional theatres. She holds an MFA in Dramaturgy and Playwriting.
